Account Delegation
Account delegation allows you to securely share your Uniweb account with another. Only share your account with someone you trust, they will have full access to your account excluding changing password
Delegate Your Account
The person you invite to be a delegate must have or create a Uniweb account in order to access your account.
Click the account menu at the top right of the Uniweb app.
Click Manage delegates.
Click Invite.
Search for the person you wish to grant access to your account.
Click Save.
The person you invited will be notified and must confirm the delegation before they have access to your account. You will receive a notification when they do.
Revoking Delegate Access
Revoking delegate access is immediate and does not require confirmation from the delegate.
Click the account menu at the top right of the Uniweb app.
Click Manage delegates.
Click the
to the right of the person’s name.In the confirmation popup, click Save.
The delegate will receive a notification that their access to your account has been removed.
Requesting Delegate Access
Click the account menu at the top right of the Uniweb app.
Click Request delegation.
Search for the name of the person who you wish to have access to.
Click Save.
The person will be notified of your request and will approve or deny it.
Once they approve you will be notified and have access to their account.
Removing Your Access to a Delegated Account
Click the account menu at the top right of the Uniweb app.
Click Delegated accounts.
Click the minus icon to the right of the account.
In the confirmation popup, click Save.
The account owner will be notified that you have removed your delegate access.
