Publishing and Plans

Publishing for the First Time

Now that you’ve created your perfect draft website, it’s time to show it to the world. To publish your website:

  1. Navigate to the website you want to publish.

  2. Click Publish on the right side of the website navigation bar.

  3. Configure the domain you want to use if you haven’t already.

  4. Optionally, add extras or configure languages.

  5. Click Continue.

  6. Review the pricing information and click Continue to payment. A full pricing breakdown is available here.

  7. Complete the checkout process and your website will be public.

Republishing after updates

Note: This section does not apply to dynamic content, any dynamic content will be updated automatically as the source profile is updated.

After you update your website you will need to republish in order for the changes to go live. To do this:

  1. Click the Publish button.

  2. Change any of the site settings if necessary.

  3. Review any billing updates (this is only necessary if you have added or removed add on features that have an additional charge, not for updates to regular content)

  4. Click Approve Changes.

Construction Mode

If you want to make more exhaustive changes to your website and hide it from the public for some time you can always enter construction mode. This will show any visitors a message that your site is under construction. They will not be able to see any website content.

To enable/disable construction mode:

  1. Click the Publish button.

  2. Click Show as under construction/Show as working website.

Note: If you have made changes to your website you will still need to republish your website in order for those changes to go live.
